SAIC is seeking a dynamic Senior Administrative Program Analyst to act as an Advisor and to serve in a hybrid role combining the responsibilities of an Executive Officer (XO), Administrative Support, Tech Advisor, and Executive Assistant within our customer's Office of Science and Technology. Located in Bethesda, MD, this exciting position demands someone with a strong background in Science and Technology in the IC and a proven ability to operate across multiple fronts. You will be responsible for ensuring seamless coordination and communication throughout the office, acting as the key connection between all front office activities.
This position involves attending meetings, compiling talking points (TPs), preparing briefing books, and contributing to the overall preparation for leadership discussions. While expert-level knowledge isn't required, the ideal candidate must be able to speak to the work and effectively communicate across the agency.

Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the glue that ties together all front office activities, ensuring smooth communication and coordination.
- Attend meetings and provide real-time insights, guidance, and support.
- Prepare and pull together talking points (TPs) and prep books for leadership, ensuring all materials are aligned and ready for high-level discussions.
- Act as a trusted advisor to leadership, communicating key updates, priorities, and progress across the agency.
- Collaborate with various teams to ensure the execution of projects and initiatives is aligned with strategic goals.
- Keep a pace while staying organized and maintaining attention to detail across multiple projects and tasks.
Qualifications
- Active TS/SCI with poly is required.
- Minimum Education: B.S. or an additional 4 years of relevant experience in Technical Advisory or Support roles.
- 14+ years of related experience.
- 5-10 years of experience supporting operations in Science and Technology.
- Must be a sharp, smart communicator with the ability to manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously.
- Ability to speak to the work and provide clear communication across various levels of the organization.
- Comfortable in a high-tempo, fast-paced environment with shifting priorities.
- Proficient in preparing talking points, briefing materials, and engaging with senior leadership.
- Previous experience in roles that require a blend of executive support, advisory functions, and operational coordination.
Target salary range: $160,001 - $200,000. The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position based on experience and other factors.
