SAIC is seeking a highly experienced Program Manager to support the Space Development Agency (SDA)  in Chantilly, VA. This role requires a seasoned professional with deep expertise in space acquisitions, program management, and systems engineering. The Program Manager will lead complex initiatives critical to advancing space development efforts and ensure mission success through strategic oversight and coordination.

Responsibilities to include:

• Oversee and manage all aspects of program execution, including planning, scheduling, and resource allocation, ensuring alignment with SDA objectives.
• Provide leadership in space acquisition efforts, including managing program lifecycles from requirements development to delivery.
• Coordinate systems engineering efforts to ensure technical and mission objectives are met.
• Manage program risks, milestones, and deliverables, ensuring on-time and within-budget completion.
• Engage with government and industry stakeholders to build partnerships and support collaborative initiatives.
• Lead and mentor cross-functional teams, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.

Qualifications

Required Education and Experience:

• Master's Degree in a technical field OR Bachelor's Degree in a technical field with an MBA.
• Active TOP SECRET clearance with SCI Access.
• 15 years relevant PM experience.
• 10 years relevant space acquisitions.
• Demonstrated expertise in schedule management and systems engineering within space-related.
• Strong background in "Space Acquisitions" and ability to navigate complex acquisition processes.
• Expertise in Schedule Management, ensuring realistic and efficient program timelines.
• Proven systems engineering capability to align technical solutions with mission needs.
• Exceptional leadership and communication skills to interface with high-level stakeholders.
