The Project Integrator will work directly with a client Project Manager to oversee project execution, manage coordination, and serve as a critical point of contact in the absence of the Project Manager. The Project Integrator will be involved with technical projects that advance the client's strategic mission.  This role requires a detail-oriented and proactive individual with excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.  

Key Responsibilities: 

Project Support:

    • Assist the Project Manager in deriving and defining project objectives, deliverables, and timelines
    • Develop and maintain project documentation, including plans, schedules, budgets, and reports
    • Track project progress and performance, and provide regular updates to the Project Manager and stakeholders

Coordination and Communication:

    • Act as the primary point of contact for project teams, stakeholders, and vendors when the Project Manager is unavailable
    • Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and communications for the Project Manager
    • Facilitate effective communication between team members, ensuring that all parties are informed of project updates and changes

Task Management:

    • Ensure that project tasks are completed on time, within scope, and to the desired quality standards
    • Identify and escalate project risks and issues to the Project Manager as needed

Administrative Support:

    • Prepare and compile necessary documentation, such as meeting minutes and status reports
    • Maintain organized and up-to-date project files and records

Backup and Representation:

    • Represent the Project Manager in meetings and discussions when they are unavailable
    • Ensure that the Project Manager is informed of any critical issues or decisions made in their absence
    • Provide additional support to the Project Manager as needed to ensure project success

Qualifications

  • Must currently hold a TS/SCI and Poly clearance
  • Bachelor's Degree, or experience can be substituted for the degree 
  • Minimum of 9 years of relevant experience
  • Ability to manage projects from initiation to delivery, including planning execution, monitoring and control
  • Strong organizational and time management skills to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects
  • Proficiency with project management tools (Microsoft Project, Jira)
  • Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with stakeholders and team members
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to adapt to changing project requirements or circumstances
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
