Description
The Project Integrator will work directly with a client Project Manager to oversee project execution, manage coordination, and serve as a critical point of contact in the absence of the Project Manager. The Project Integrator will be involved with technical projects that advance the client's strategic mission. This role requires a detail-oriented and proactive individual with excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Project Support:

- Assist the Project Manager in deriving and defining project objectives, deliverables, and timelines
- Develop and maintain project documentation, including plans, schedules, budgets, and reports
- Track project progress and performance, and provide regular updates to the Project Manager and stakeholders
Coordination and Communication:

- Act as the primary point of contact for project teams, stakeholders, and vendors when the Project Manager is unavailable
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and communications for the Project Manager
- Facilitate effective communication between team members, ensuring that all parties are informed of project updates and changes
Task Management:

- Ensure that project tasks are completed on time, within scope, and to the desired quality standards
- Identify and escalate project risks and issues to the Project Manager as needed
Administrative Support:

- Prepare and compile necessary documentation, such as meeting minutes and status reports
- Maintain organized and up-to-date project files and records
Backup and Representation:

- Represent the Project Manager in meetings and discussions when they are unavailable
- Ensure that the Project Manager is informed of any critical issues or decisions made in their absence
- Provide additional support to the Project Manager as needed to ensure project success
Qualifications
- Must currently hold a TS/SCI and Poly clearance
- Bachelor's Degree, or experience can be substituted for the degree
- Minimum of 9 years of relevant experience
- Ability to manage projects from initiation to delivery, including planning execution, monitoring and control
- Strong organizational and time management skills to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects
- Proficiency with project management tools (Microsoft Project, Jira)
- Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with stakeholders and team members
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to adapt to changing project requirements or circumstances
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
