SAIC is seeking a Program Analyst Consultant to join our team in Arlington, Virginia.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategies to align daily operations with the program's long-term goals.
- Optimize processes to improve efficiency and performance.
- Directly supervise program documentation, training initiatives, and lead data visualization efforts to ensure high-quality deliverables that meet customer needs.
- Act as the principal liaison with the USMC customer, providing expert guidance on readiness and ensuring they effectively utilize program deliverables.
- Coordinate with SMEs across the DRRS Task Order to maintain accurate and consistent information flow.
- Build communication pathways between programs to address complex DRRS-related issues.
- Work with USMC customer and stakeholders to identify future DRRS MC application evolution efforts; liaise and work with DRRS MC team to incorporate PP&O feedback, priorities and future initiatives into software enhancements planning and release schedule.
Qualifications
Required Education:
Bachelors and eighteen (18) years or more experience; Masters and sixteen (16) years or more experience; PhD or JD and thirteen years or more experience.
Qualifications:
- Experience in program management, specifically with defense readiness or similar domains.
- Strong leadership skills with a track record of driving team performance and professionalism.
- Expertise in strategic planning, and process optimization.
- Excellent communication, reporting, and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Familiarity with data visualization tools an techniques.
- Ability to make critical decisions and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Experience with competitive analysis and shaping teams for future capabilities.
Clearance:
- Candidate must have an active Secret clearance with the ability to obtain a Top Secret clearance.
