SAIC has an immediate need for a Program Analyst located in Huntsville, Alabama.  The program analyst will use GFEBS to manage financial data associated with multiple contracts.  The program analyst will manage complex tasks and foster positive relationships within teams to achieve organizational goals.

The Program Analyst will be responsible for but not limited to the following: 

• Provide financial management and analytic support for contract actions using GFEBS to manage budgeting, funding, invoicing, procurement, and cost management.
• Process and staff Support Agreements and Executive Level Agreements.
• Coordinate with customers in support of the COR to format, review, and staff support agreements within the Command.
• Gather and compile information for monthly, annual, and special reports.

Qualifications

Required Education:

• Bachelor's degree and three (3) years' experience; additional four (4) years' experience can be considered in lieu of degree. 

Required Clearance: 

• Must possess an active Secret security clearance with the ability to obtain and maintain a TS/SCI; US Citizenship required. 

Required Certification: 

• GFEBS Certification
