SAIC is seeking a Program Analyst in Bedford, IN. This position requires the candidate to be responsible for performing activities involving the TR-343 Transducer and TR-343 Stave Cable supporting planning, direction, and success of these two projects.
PRIMARY JOB DUTIES:
Typically large, multi-year efforts divided into several sub-programs/tasks. Leads are also responsible for the overall project definition, organization, and direction of short and long range plans. This includes the responsibility for formulating, guiding, and directing the technical approach and working with resource managers of the division for necessary resources. Establishment and control of technical milestones, schedules, budgets and costs are also essential tasks for the task lead.
- Building presentations and leading discussions with engineering, T&E, and production
- Working with multiple stakeholders including task leads/task manager and customers
- Technical aspects (reading through procedures, test plans, reports) and providing input
- Tracking day to day activities: inventory reports, processing requisitions through AQM/CC Process within division
- Reporting metrics and customer reports
- Support task leads in track, defend, and build budgets for projects
- Support task leads in track, plan schedules
Qualifications
Required Education and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree plus six (6) years or more of related experience; master's degree plus four (4) years or more of experience
- Ability to read schematics, use service manuals, follow test procedures, flow charts and use logical troubleshooting techniques
- Must have good communication skills, interface well with others
- Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, verbal, diagram, or schedule form
- High attention to detail and quality
- Able to plan and execute daily and weekly scheduled tasks
- Excellent team player with organizational and time management skills
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite to include Excel, Powerpoint, and Project
