SAIC is seeking a Program Administrator with a background in government personnel administration on the Horizon Program to support the U. S. Space Force's program office for Space Domain Awareness and Combat Power, Engineering Functional Execution Branch, in El Segundo, California.     Fun stuff you will do on the job: • Provide office management support to the program front office. • Support various personnel management actions. • Ensure leadership schedules and workflow actions are organized and de-conflicted. • Coordinate programmatic meetings, briefing content, and assist in presentations to senior military officials. • Manage and communicate program tasks and objectives with multiple project teams. • Work with the Government organizations to develop appropriate work flows and communication chains to enable an efficient working environment.

Qualifications

This is you: • Bachelor's degree and 9 years of related experience (4 additional years of experience may be used in lieu of degree). • Must have a current Secret security clearance. • Experience with Government office and administrative management. • Experience with Atlassian management tools (e.g., Confluence and Jira) or similar task management and reporting software.   You will wow us even more if you have these skills: • Active SSBI with Top Secret / SCI clearance. In-scope security background investigation (T5 or SSBI), and adjudicated for SCI eligibility and enrolled in the Continuous Evaluation program (if applicable). • Willing to be nominated for access to Sensitive Compartment Information and Special Access Programs as well as consent to a Polygraph examination. • Experience with working for senior military officials. • Experience working in secure facilities (e.g., Secure Compartmented Information Facilities).
Target salary range: $80,001 - $120,000. The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position based on experience and other factors.
