Operational Training Infrastructure Project Manager
Duties include, but are not limited to:
- Organize, inform, synchronize, integrate, recommend, and advocate for requested NGB/ANG/DTOC OTI Level of Efforts (LOE) including developing policy, strategy, planning, programming, sustainment, resourcing, and utilization of the full range of the ANG's OTI environment.
- Collaborate with offices that support the OTI enterprise to design and develop requirements to acquire and integrate NGB/ANG OTI into concrete procurement plans that also have long-term sustainment program funding
- Coordinate on Headquarters Air Force OTTI 2/3 Letter Review taskers and NGB/ANG OTI CONOPS as required
- Plan, manage, and execute projects related to OTI activities and capabilities.
- Plan and facilitate new capability integration activities to include:
- Development of integration timelines
- Conduct and coordinate telecoms and IPRs
- Coordination of equipment procurement and installation activities
- Provide liaison/consultation support to new and existing user community members on topics related to OTTI integration into the DTOC/NGB/ANG DMO environment.
- Manage OTI projects as related to acquisition, installation, sustainment management, foundational doctrine, and integration of various OTI systems and act as the senior consultant for all NGB/ANG and AF OTTI activities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's and 18 years, or relevant years of experience in lieu of degree
- Experience in managing simulator and/or training device programs
- Experience working with NGB A3/A5 processes and personnel
- Experience working with NGB A4 funding processes and procedures
- Must be a US Citizen, currently possess a Top Secret clearance and have the ability to obtain SAP access.
