Position Overview: We are currently seeking a highly skilled and motivated Logistics Associate to join our talented team. In this role, you will oversee system fault analysis, life cycle maintenance, and integrated product support (IPS) for major systems. You will manage the efficient flow of goods, services, and information from origin to customer, including planning and scheduling material movement based on engineering specifications and production schedules. You will ensure the execution and continuous improvement of logistics processes, encompassing maintenance, supply, transportation, policy planning, and integrated logistics functions.
Work is performed on site in Norfolk, VA and Virginia Beach, VA.
This position is contingent upon award news Spring of 2026.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform system fault analysis, life cycle maintenance and integrated logistics support (ILS) and/or integrated product support (IPS) of major systems.
- Control the efficient flow of goods, services and information between points of origin through customer placement to meet customer requirements.
- Plan, schedule, and manage the efficient movement of material from receiving or the warehouse to production.
- Develop raw material requirements, scheduling requirements from engineering specifications, production schedule, and plans and manage material movement with purchasing, warehouse, and production.
- Ensure the execution and continuous improvement of standard logistic processes.
- Logistics functions encompass maintenance, supply, transportation and logistics plans.
- Contribute to program formulation, policy planning, coordination, inspection, integrated logistics processes, joint planning logistics, acquisition and wholesale logistics, product support, asset visibility, and material management.

Qualifications
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree and 0-2 years professional experience required; however, relevant academic projects or internships are beneficial.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- Demonstrated communication and documentation skills.
Required Security Clearance:
- US Citizenship required.
- Must possess or be able to obtain a Department of Defense (DoD) Secret security clearance.
- Active Interim Secret or final Secret clearance is preferred.
