SAIC is seeking a Joint Operations Center Crisis Contingency and Emergency Support Team Lead located out of Fort Meade, MD.
This position directly supports the USCYBERCOM Joint Operations Center (JOC) and coordinates daily with the Battle Watch team for support requirements. This position also provides mission essential coverage to support cyberspace operations 24x7x365.
The CCES Team Lead denotes the senior position on the CCES team and ensures continuity, training, and consistency across all CCES watch standers. The CCES Team Lead manages the team's watch shift schedule and ensures relevant position documentation (e.g. instruction guides, standard operating procedures, knowledge portals, etc.) remains current and up-to-date. The CCES Team Lead also provides expertise, input, and recommendations to the JOC leadership to support operational changes and process improvements. This often requires partnerships with other JOC support teams and/or staff elements outside the JOC to ensure synchronization and unity of effort. The CCES Team Lead is not a watch stander, but may stand watch from time to time as required.
Responsibilities include (but not limited to):

Develop and track the CCES watch schedule

Supervise CCES team activities and deliverables production
- Provide training and support documentation for CCES team
- Operate the Automated Message Handling System (AMHS) to release and route received mission-related orders (e.g. PLANORD, OPORD, EXORD, TASKORD, etc.) as well as pertinent situational awareness general administrative (GENADMIN) message traffic;
- Support orders development as required
- Continuously monitor and operate the Defense Red Switch Network (DRSN) phone and Enhanced Command Console (ECC) for USCYBERCOM JOC;
- Support JOC Data Transfer Agent (DTA) requirements as required;
- Coordinate with the Platform, Infrastructure, and Capability Oversight (PICO) team to monitor operational status of JOC information technology systems and coordinate with support organizations to resolve trouble tickets;
- Coordinate and perform battle rhythm and episodic Skype (VMR, Polycom, etc.) conferences;
- Support the execution of USCYBERCOM's Emergency Crisis Action Plan (ECAP) and Joint Chiefs of Staff Emergency Action Procedures (EAP);
- Participate in all battle drills and battle watch staff training events;
- Support the Battle Captain in the execution of their duties.
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree and ten (10) or more years of experience; Masters and eight (8) or more years of experience.
- Desired minimum DOD 8140/DOD 8570 IAM Level II Certification, CSSP Incident Responder, or CSSP Infrastructure Support
Clearance Required:
- TS/SCI with CI Polygraph
Target salary range: $160,001 - $200,000. The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position based on experience and other factors.
