We are currently seeking a motivated, career and customer oriented Communications Support Analyst - Junior to join our team in Washington, DC to begin an exciting and challenging career with the Department of Transportation.
Duties: Responsible for providing support to a call center by answering and routing calls within a large agency. Create and manage conference calls.
Qualifications
Experience: Must have 2 years of experience providing customer service support in a business organization. Must possess a High School Diploma. Degree may be substituted with 2 additional years of related experience.
Target salary range: Up to $40,000. The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position based on experience and other factors.
