SAIC is seeking an AI Training Program Coordinator located at Camp Smith in Hawaii to support USINDOPACOM in designing, developing, and implementing AI-powered solutions and provide training and mentorship to staff members on AI tools and technologies, ensuring effective adoption and utilization.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Design, develop, and implement AI-powered solutions to address organizational challenges and improve operational efficiency.
• Provide training and mentorship to staff members on AI tools and technologies, ensuring effective adoption and utilization.
• Leverage AI platforms such as Claude, Gemini, CoPilot, and Palantir to deliver actionable insights and enhance decision-making processes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for AI integration and optimization.
• Stay updated on emerging AI trends, tools, and technologies to maintain a competitive edge.
• Develop and deliver presentations, reports, and training materials to communicate AI strategies and outcomes effectively.
• Develop and maintain a staff AI Training Plan to ensure effective training is provided as new AI-powered technologies come online.

Qualifications

REQUIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

• Bachelors and ten (10)+ years of related experience; additional four (4) years of experience accepted in lieu of degree.
• Proven experience with AI-powered tools and platforms, including Claude, Gemini, CoPilot, and Palantir products.
• Strong background in training and educating teams on AI technologies and their applications.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on delivering practical AI solutions.

DESIRED SKILLSET:

• Advanced degree (Master's or Ph.D.) in a relevant field.
• Experience working in a government or defense environment.  Combatant Command or Four-Star Service component would be ideal. 
• Familiarity with machine learning frameworks and programming languages such as Python, TensorFlow, or PyTorch.
• Knowledge of data security and ethical considerations in AI applications.

REQUIRED CLEARANCE:

·         Must have an Active Secret clearance with ability to obtain a TS/SCI clearance.

·         Must be a current US Citizen.

Target salary range: $120,001 - $160,000. The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position based on experience and other factors.
