SAIC is seeking an Administrative Assistant for our North Charleston, SC location. This role is 100% on site.
The Administrative Assistant executes routine administrative and clerical tasks, handling both routine and non-routine assignments, including special projects and provide backup support.
Responsibilities encompass diverse activities such as writing, typing, meeting minutes, data entry, badging, and document preparation.
This position requires a high level of attention to detail, exceptional organizational skills, strong time management abilities, and adaptability under pressure to meet frequent deadlines, strong research skills, ability to work well within a team and communicate well both orally and written.
Qualifications
Education and Experience:
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Two (2) years of progressive experience in computer systems operations.
- One (1) year of practical experience in data entry and formatting via common productivity tools such as the Microsoft Office Suite. Experience may be achieved simultaneously.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, with expert-level abilities.
- Must be a US Citizen with the ability to obtain a Public Trust clearance.
