Job Description :
Ryder Enterprise Technology is searching for a candidate for our EDI Integration team. A successful candidate will assist in developing, testing, and supporting the configuration of IBM/Sterling B2B Integrator EDI Translation and communications for a variety of customers. Strong problem-solving skills are required along with the ability to assist in conceptualizing, designing, coding, and implementing complex, high visibility projects. Coordination with other teams as well as external partners to develop appropriate interfaces and ensure quality and efficiency through planning, development and both integration and regression testing to resolve complex business needs are important.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Expertise in data integration deploying customized map solution per requirements
- Developing map integration with Ryder's applications:
- Manhattan's SCALE WMS (specifically ODBC map development)
- HighJump WMS
- Accellos WMS
- SAP WMS and OM (iDoc map integration)
- SAP Hana WMS and OM (iDoc map integration)
- FBAP
- ROL/TM
- Other applications
- EDI mapping documents include 850, 856, 860, 861, 940, 945, 947, 846 and 888. 50%
- Deploy end to end implementation using B2B/MFT utilizing EDI Transport protocols SFTP, FTPS, AS2, Web Services
- Expertise in developing and preparing EDI documentation (creating data flow designs using Microsoft Visio), as well as provided content and format testing for internal and external validation
- Strong detail analysis of project requirements and assist in the developing of functional specifications with and participation in CDD (customer detailed design) sessions. Recommend alternative solutions to improve project cost and/or duration. Translate business requirements into architecture or process designs.
- Support end-users with root cause and corrective action, provide Level 2 support: log review, queue monitoring, start/stop business processes and reboot nodes and environments) and ability to assist and handle a 24x7 Level 2support on-call rotation including weekends. Observe and report conflicting business practices across multiple platforms and verticals including dashboard analytics and analysis.

ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provides direction, guidance and definition of enterprise's architecture to effectively support the corporate business strategy
- Coach and mentor others in technical and functional knowledge and skills needed to achieve customer requirements
- Provide project status to stakeholders and leadership including internal and external executives
- Provide advanced multi-disciplinary knowledge, skills and experience in technical architecture, design and development
- Present design reviews and change reviews for executive migration approval and collaborate with team members to exchange knowledge
- Performs other duties as assigned.
- Able to provide support, troubleshooting, modifications, enhancements and maintenance for existing B2B Integrator applications, scripts, tools and web services.

Education
Bachelor's degree Computer Science, Information Systems, Information Technology, Engineering or very closely related field or equivalent formal training and work experience Required
Experience
- Four (4) years or more 6+ years work experience Information Technology or closely related field
- Four (4) years or more 6+ years work experience with EDI standards, processes & tools, including change management methodology
- Four (4) years or more Experience in Information/Data Design, construction, Implementation and Maintenance. Strong experience with systems integration processes, methodology and tools. Experience with IBM/Sterling B2B Integrator software, working knowledge of IBM/ Sterling MQ Series and EDI mapping documents include 850, 856, 860, 861, 940, 945, 947, 846 and 888.
- Four (4) years or more Experience using analytical skills, tools and techniques to investigate information, to draw conclusions and recommend solutions.
- Proven experience problem-solving skills, along with the ability to conceptualize, design, code, and implement complex projects.
- Four (4) years or more Programming experience: SQL, Webservices, XPATH, XSLT, Unix Shell script, Java
- Four (4) years or more Database management experience, Oracle and Sequel Server
- Three (3) years or more Working knowledge Linux system navigation, command-line processing, curl scripts, cron-jobs, bash shell scripting knowledge, Perl scripting language knowledge, Java program knowledge, API experience knowledge
- Three (3) years or more Application expertise:
- XML Spy, Microsoft Visio, NotePad++, SQL Developer, Microsoft Project, Excel & Word, PuTTY, CLEO/Harmony (job scheduling & monitoring), WinSCP or Filezilla, WebServices, EDW/Insights, FTP, sFTP, AS2, and MQ based communicatio
- Three (3) years or more Experience with industry standard change management methodology and associated tools. Experience with ServiceNow or similar application to track changes and incidents
- Three (3) years or more Good understanding of network and security considerations/solutions: Knowledge of F5 / Load Balancer, knowledge of data encryption/security concepts such as PGP, PKI, DLP and working knowledge of firewall and network.

Compensation Information :
The compensation offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors, including the candidate's relevant experience; education, including relevant degrees or certifications; work location; market data/ranges; internal equity; internal salary ranges; etc. The position may also be eligible to receive an annual bonus, commission, and/or long-term incentive plan based on the level and/or type. Compensation ranges for the position are below:

$96,000.00
