Title: Senior Technical Applications Trainer

Job Type:

Regular Company: Roswell Park Cancer Institute Department: Information Technology Time Type: Full time Weekly Hours: 40 FTE: 1 Shift: First Shift (United States of America) Summary: Leads the training effort in support of revenue cycle/registration applications (Athena/IDX). Meets with business leads and/or project managers to complete training needs analysis, designs training plans, develops and delivers training content and courses to ensure training needs are being met. Oversees training efforts and content development to ensure the delivery of highly effective and engaging training material, while also providing leadership and guidance to other department trainers and coordinators.

Salary range for this position is $73,641 - $93,374 annually which includes a comprehensive benefits package. Qualifications: Required Education and Experience

Education and Experience
Bachelor's degree and the equivalent of five (5) years of full-time experience in training, training needs analysis, and/or organizational development.

NOTE:
Required degrees must have been granted by an accredited college or university or one recognized by Roswell Park Comprehensive Cancer Center as following acceptable educational practices.

Preferred Qualifications:

The ideal candidate will have prior training experience, knowledge of revenue cycle workflows, prior Workday LMS an Athena IDX experience, an understanding of clinic registration/scheduling workflows and excellent communication and public speaking skills.
