Title: Clinical Center Associate - Ambulatory Chemo-Infusion Center

Regular Company: Roswell Park Comprehensive Cancer Center Department: Ambulatory Services - Infusion Time Type: Full time Weekly Hours: 37.5 FTE: 0.9375 Shift: Variable (United States of America) Summary: The Clinical Center Associate provides essential clerical and administrative support in our Chemotherapy Infusion Clinic located in downtown Buffalo. In this role, you will assist patients and visitors, manage the check-in process, answer routine inquiries, and screen incoming calls with professionalism and care. Responsibilities also include recording and transcribing physician orders, maintaining and coordinating clinic schedules, and managing co-pay collection. You will work closely with the care team to support daily operations and contribute to a positive patient experience, performing all duties with a high level of confidentiality.

This full-time position requires occasional weekend coverage on Saturdays and/or Sundays in the chemotherapy infusion center, offering the opportunity to be part of a dedicated and patient-focused team.

We offer a starting pay of $21.81 per hour, based on your experience, along with a comprehensive and highly competitive benefits package Qualifications: Required Education and Experience

1. Medical Office Assistant Associate's degree.
2. Associate's degree and the equivalent of one (1) year of full-time secretarial experience in a clinical setting requiring the use of medical terminology; or
3. High School diploma or High School Equivalency Diploma, completion of an Roswell Park-approved Medical Assistant certificate program and the equivalent of one (1) year of full-time secretarial experience in a clinical setting requiring the use of medical terminology; or
4. High School diploma or High School Equivalency Diploma and the equivalent of two (2) years of full-time secretarial experience in a clinical setting requiring the use of medical terminology.

NOTE:
Required degrees must have been granted by an accredited college or university or one recognized by Roswell Park Comprehensive Cancer Center as following acceptable educational practices.
