This effort includes guiding students through the entire application process—understanding SAT/ACT, TOEFL/IELTS requirements, crafting compelling application essays, securing impactful recommendations, and navigating financial aid and scholarship opportunities. Inform students and their families about critical deadlines, ethical standards, and their roles in the admissions journey. Manage the recommendation letters and oversee the school's Scoir platform, ensuring accurate data management, test data importation, and document transmission. • Oversee a team of college admissions advisors and a registrar
  • Continue the high trend of acceptance rate of seniors into colleges and universities. Enhance the acceptance rate of seniors into international colleges over the next academic year by implementing tailored workshops on international admissions requirements, facilitating cultural exchange programs, and fostering strategic partnerships with international institutions, assessed by tracking the number of seniors admitted to international colleges and universities compared to the previous year's data.
  • Establish and maintain tracking metrics for alumni.

Leadership in Professional Development and Team Management: Guide the admissions advising team to achieve a high job satisfaction rate. Keep current with admissions trends and news by holding membership in professional organizations and attending professional development opportunities with the National Association for College Admission Counseling (NACAC) and the International Association for College Admission Counseling (International ACAC).

Enhanced Parental Engagement: Implement workshops and seminars for parents within the first six months to enhance their ability to support their children's educational and career decisions effectively.
