Summary

The Pricing Analyst will be responsible for collecting pricing from states and submitting pricing to NASA customers, to include contracts as required by the chain. Accuracy and attention to detail is critical to this role as the information directly impacts the Company's profit margins and potential returned cases.

In this role, you will
  • Collect and submit all final price contracts, including special promotions and cost changes to chain(s) on time and as needed. 
  • Generate contracts, to include promotions and price changes, as needed. 
  • Maintain a database for chain authorizations for contract pricing. 
  • Update and maintain any chain contract pricing, as directed. 
  • Monitor all aspects of pricing to ensure accuracy and protection of profit margins. 
  • Identify pricing issues based on exception reports. 
  • Research RNDC returns report for pricing errors, authorization issues, and sales associate ordering errors. 
  • Reduce refusals by ensuring costs are correct at every chain for every point of distribution. 
  • Submit store ties, activations, and authorizations to include current and new stores. 
  • Submit Retail Issue forms to Chain for pricing discrepancies. 
  • Work with Account Executives to submit appropriate new store and reset paperwork to ensure authorization of all RNDC items. 
  • Run monthly reports recapping RNDC business.
     
What you bring to RNDC
  • Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university required.   
  • 5+ years of relevant data analytics or business strategy experience (preferably within the alcohol beverage industry).  An equivalent combination of education and relevant experience will also be considered.
  • The employee must occasionally lift and /or move up to 10 pounds. 
  • Knowledge of Internet, Microsoft Office Suite software (such as Outlook, Word, Excel, Power Point, etc.), and order processing systems (such as AS400 / Alpha Database software, Logility, MicroStrategy, etc.) or the aptitude to learn.
