Summary

RNDC is looking for charismatic Merchandisers to join our growing Sales team. The Merchandiser promotes the Company's products by servicing assigned accounts. Maintains store standards by creating and arranging floor displays, resetting coolers and stocking shelves. 

In this role, you will
  • Plan Time and activities to ensure proper receipt and distribution of incoming POS material shipments into our facilities/ warehouses.
  • Receive, organize, store, secure and distribute all Supplier POS materials shipped to our company.
  • Partner with facilities maintenance and /or Asset Protection associates to ensure a secure lock-up area for any high dollar materials.
  • Update and maintain all POS Inventory Systems on a regular basis.
  • Regularly audit POS Inventory systems to ensure accuracy.
  • Fulfill POS requests when ordered in a timely fashion.
  • Prepare POS materials for merchandising promotions and sales meetings when requested.
  • Maintain and organize paper pos based on seasonal availability.
  • Process transfer requests of POS Inventory from warehouse to other locations.
  • Provide customer service to our associates and Client Partners who require POS and information.
  • Keep the warehouse clean and in a safe operating order.
  • Coordinate transfer or destruction of ageing or outdated POS materials.
  • Assist with the coordination of special requests and expedited POS orders when necessary.
  • Work Safely at all times and use 2 – person lift teams for heavy items or when indicated. Adheres to all safety protocols.
  • Report all unauthorized access to the POS warehouse and any other unauthorized pickups of POS materials.
  • Regularly operate a forklift and order picker
  • Develop strong working relationships with merchandising team, sales personnel, supplier partners and management.
  •  Keep isles free from excess pallets and obstructions, sweeps and mops as needed.
  • Prepares, constructs, and maintains product displays according to schematics, directions, and standards.
  • Operates hand trucks and pallet jacks to move pallets around warehouse.
What you bring to RNDC

High school diploma or general education degree (GED), preferably one year merchandising experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Requires a current, valid state driver's license, ability to meet vehicle insurance requirements as defined by the Company and Alcohol Beverage Commission (ABC) License, as required by the state. The employee must regularly lift up to 50 pounds and will occasionally lift up to 100 pounds. We are an Equal Opportunity employer.
