SummaryRNDC is looking for an Innovative and Strategic Data Manager. The Data Analysis Manager oversees and ensures compliance with Data Management procedures. This role will partner with Development, Quality Assurance, Technical, and Business teams to lead a compliant and sustainable process. Assist in the management of the Data (product, project, development) management life cycle and where necessary introduce systems to help teams manage with the goal of reducing implementation risk to the organization.
In this role, you will- Facilitates and coordinates gathering of information that results in the definition and documentation of business objectives, requirements, and processes.
- Provide functional leadership and mentorship on IT through reliance on techno-functional knowledge of IT technical architecture.
- Manage and drive customer expectations as well as functional team member focus to successfully execute on Company priorities.
- Build, develop and cultivate direct reports and overall team to foster a culture of continuous improvement and professional growth.
- Reviews and prioritizes enhancement requests, analyzes their necessity, and follows through with implementation. Interfaces between technology, and support teams through developing and improving relationship between the business and IT
- Establishes team goals, objectives, and accountabilities and works with team members to identify individual goals, objectives, and accountabilities. Leads in writing and reviewing IT specifications and design reviews. Ability to create and assist with the creation of project work breakdown structures
Supervisory Responsibilities:
- Responsible for overall direction, coordination, and evaluation of department Associates. Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the Company's policies and applicable laws.
- Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training Associates; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance and talent development; rewarding and disciplining associates; addressing complaints and resolving problems.
Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university, preferably in a technical area. IT Infrastructure Library (ITIL) certification preferred. Experience working in wholesale or retail industry preferred. To perform this job successfully, Minimum of 5 years of experience with IT Operations, IT Production Support, or Change Management. Experience with Process Improvement Methodology including defining and documenting workflow. Experience with Change Management tool and workflow; ServiceNow experience is strongly preferred. Proven ability to work closely with the business community as well as technical resources in a tactful, professional manner. Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate ideas and persuade others to accomplish challenging goals and objectives. Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume. Ability to apply concepts of basic algebra and geometry. To perform this job successfully, an individual should have working knowledge of common office productivity technology (MS office suite, collaboration applications, etc.).
