Summary

The Lead BI Analyst will be responsible for the comprehensive data compilation, analysis, and synthesis from diverse sources, including data warehouses, CRMs, consumer and category data, and internal files. It involves supporting key strategic initiatives and supplier strategy development for RNDC's growth. Additionally, the role includes coordinating meetings, presentations, and contributions to company-wide business intelligence projects, focusing on standardization and efficiency. Innovating and enhancing reporting and data analytics, collaborating with teams and stakeholders, and ensuring data integrity through collaboration with IT and MDM are also key responsibilities. This role involves managing large-scale data transformation projects and performing various job-related duties.

In this role, you will
  • Creatively compile and analyze data from a variety of data sources (data warehouse, CRM, TABS, consumer and category data, and internal files) and new and emerging software to develop methodologies for analysis plans 
  • Support key strategic projects and the development and execution of strategic initiatives
  • Assist in the development of supplier strategies to drive profitable growth and performance across the RNDC footprint
  • Coordinate meetings and presentations with key internal and external stakeholders.
  • Create graphs, presentations and dashboards that help visualize insights for more impactful communication to key stakeholders 
  • Prepare and present for Top-to-Top meetings, RFP Requests and Annual Business Planning with key internal and external stakeholders
  • Contribute to company-wide business intelligence projects that can drive standardization and efficiencies by providing division subject matter expertise
  • Develop new and innovative methods to improve efficiency and execution of reporting and analytics
  • Development of data collection methods using existing and emerging tools
  • Innovate and enhance reporting and analytics methods.
  • Collaborate with other data teams and key stakeholders to define requirements and reporting standards to create robust KPI dashboards, reports, and self-service BI tools
  • Collect and transform data for large-scale projects.
  • Ensure data integrity and analytical needs are met through collaboration with IT and MDM.
  • Partner with leadership to identify and partner with top suppliers for annual business planning
  • Act as the main point of contact for annual business planning and coordinate all meetings, materials, and tools used throughout the process ensuring all key stakeholders are aware of timelines and responsibilities.
  • Collaborate with NASA leadership on the development of internal tools and process flows that will allow for greater efficiency and transparency across functions.
  • Partner with digital transformation teams as a subject matter expert to ensure NASA needs are top of mind in the development of new company-wide platforms.
  • Create NASA SharePoint sites to allow for greater collaboration and sharing of common reports and general news and serve as the SharePoint point of contact for training and assistance
  • Develop Chain and Supplier DNA databases that will serve as a living resource for internal stakeholders.
     
What you bring to RNDC
  • Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university in Business Administration, Computer Science, Data Analytics, or a related field is required. 
  • 5+ years of relevant data analytics or business strategy experience (preferably within the alcohol beverage industry). An equivalent combination of education and relevant experience will also be considered. 
  • To perform this job successfully, an individual should have advanced knowledge of Internet, Microsoft Office Suite software (such as Outlook, Word, Excel, Power Point, Power Automate, Sharepoint, etc.), and order processing systems (such as AS400 / Alpha Database software, Logility, MicroStrategy, and etc.) or the aptitude to learn.   Proficiency in Business Intelligence software (MicroStrategy, Power BI).
