Summary

The Inside Sales Team Lead is responsible for assisting in daily processes and activities of our senior management team including sales conversations with key clients to maintain relationships, making presentations to introduce products & increase sales, provide service and solve problems, while developing important leadership skill sets for future career growth, in such a way as to meet and exceed the company's objectives by performing the following duties.

In this role, you will
  • Leverage product knowledge and market intelligence with customers and cover territories as needed.
  • Build key relationships with top accounts.
  • Assists in the development of sales forecasts. Plans for sales activities by forecasting conditions, defining objectives and strategies, and securing resources.
  • Assists senior management to ensure execution of team quotas and orders.
  • Assists senior management to influence sales rep performance by providing leadership, developing personnel, communicating with, and motivating staff.
  • Coordinate training sessions and monitor adherence to brand standards throughout area of responsibility.
  • Plans and participates in general market sales meetings. Prepares and maintains required paperwork, reports, and records
What you bring to RNDC

Bachelor's degree from four-year College or university preferred; four or more years related experience, preferably management work with an alcoholic beverage wholesaler or supplier and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
