Summary

The Supplier Commercialization Analyst is an expert in ERP System Interfaces and nationwide supplier commercial processes. In this role, you'll lead initiatives to enhance efficiencies in the supplier commercial experience, working closely with teams like Supplier Business Development, MDM, Operations, and State EVPs to exceed company objectives by analyzing key metrics and processes. 

In this role, you will
  • Performs analysis, evaluation, and recommendations for network wide systems and/or process improvements that serve to inform key decisions across functional teams.  
  • Analyze current commercialization process standards and metrics by performing data gathering, root cause analysis and performance trending to develop appropriate process control change improvement.    
  • Develop streamlined automation designs to eliminate duplication of ways of working at the corporate level and ensure state level and department level activation.  
  • Identify and Develop process improvement metrics to measure progress, adverse trends and make informed business recommendations and decisions to establish implementation governance.   
  • Compile, analyze, and evaluate suppliers' previous distributors' sales data provided to RNDC as a component of the supplier onboarding experience.  
  • Process organized, clean and accurate historical sales data into MicroStrategy reporting platform in a timely and efficient manner.  
  • Manage and monitor historical sales project status and risks with impact to all stakeholders on a regular basis. Communicate critical issues.  
  • Develop and maintain SOPs, example videos, and training documentation on approved process improvements.  
  • Foster an attitude of continuous improvement, constantly seeking to maximize value to suppliers through optimizing the RNDC commercialization experience.
What you bring to RNDC
  • A Bachelor's degree from an accredited four-year college or university preferred; 
  • Five or more years related experience, preferably previous analyzing data with an alcoholic beverage wholesaler or supplier; or equivalent combination of education and experience.  
  • Ability to form strong working relationships with corporate team members as well as business users and stakeholders at all levels.
