RVCC is Seeking a Salaried Clinician for the Holyoke ROCA Program! # As one of the largest providers of mental health therapy in our region, River Valley Counseling Center offers a full-spectrum of care. Our ROCA Program is seeking a mental health clinician to join the team. This clinician will provide behavioral health services to youth of the ROCA program. This is a state funded program that provides wraparound services to proven risk youth with a history of violent offenses.# This is a split full-time salaried position with benefits; 16 hours will be spent with the ROCA Program and the other 24 will be at one of our clinics. Check out our extensive benefit package below to see how much we value our employees, and how we plan to keep you working with us.# # The BONUSES: $2,000 hiring bonus for bilingual clinicians $3,000 hiring bonus for clinicians that hold an LICSW or LMHC.# Additional retention bonuses at one and two years of employment, up to $10,000 # The Requirements:# You have a masters in Psychology, Mental Health Counseling, Social Work, or other counseling fields eligible for state licensure. LCSW, LICSW, LMHC, or Licensed Psychologist in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts preferred but not required. You have at least three years# experience as a therapist with a strong background in adolescent/family work; including crisis intervention.
