We are committed to being responsible stewards of our resources, ensuring efficient and cost-effective care for all. # Position Summary: The School-Based Coordinator at RVCC oversees the delivery of mental health services in local schools, ensuring quality care and strong collaboration with district partners. This role includes supervising clinicians, managing daily operations, and maintaining a small clinical caseload. The Coordinator plays a key part in advancing RVCC#s mission by supporting youth mental health in educational settings. # Key Responsibilities: Cultivate, enhance and maintain relationships with school districts # departments, interdepartmental staff, affiliated organizations, and other community service providers. Provide oversight and coordination of therapy services in one or more school districts. Participate in the recruitment, training, and evaluation of school-based clinicians Provide supervision to clinicians which includes: weekly supervision sessions, oversight of clinical and administrative responsibilities, review and guidance for high risk clinical cases, clinical training, review of clinical documentation, supporting work/life balance # self-care, and implementing progressive discipline when indicated. Maintain a caseload of 5-10 outpatient clients. Qualifications: Required: Education Level - Master#s degree with a concentration in mental health counseling, clinical psychology, or social work. Three years# experience as a mental health clinician or social worker; at least two of which were in a supervisory capacity is preferred. Current Massachusetts license as an LMHC, LICSW, or LMFT. Demonstrated and effective leadership and management skills; interpersonal skills; analytical skills; ability to work independently; organizational skills; verbal, written and oral communication skills; ability to work in a fast-paced environment; attention to detail; ability to work within deadlines; ability to follow oral and/or written instructions; ability to effectively train adults in the work environment; presentation skills; ability to handle multiple tasks over long periods of time; ability to relate to individuals of all ages and culturally diverse backgrounds; knowledge of developmental needs over the age span of the clients being served, and knowledge of legal and ethical issues pertaining to the profession. # # What We Offer: A supportive, mission-driven work environment # Opportunities for professional development and continuing education # Competitive benefits package # Collaboration with a compassionate, multidisciplinary team # The chance to make a real difference in our communities# # Summary of Benefits: # Salary Range: $70,000 - $75,000 Based on years of experience, level of education, specialty and licensure/certifications. Additional compensation for advanced education for qualifying positions.
