Overview of Job Responsibilities: The Family Partner is a person from the community with #lived experience# or#familiarity with CRA-related issues. Works in conjunction with the Clinician to complete FSNA Assessments and to#develop the Family Support Plans for family members experiencing CRA-related issues Foster child and family participation in the development and understanding of the Family Plan goals and interventions. Advocate and secure necessary community resources for families. Perform case management to families whose children are identified as CRA or CRA-related. Organize and facilitate caregiver peer support groups, and develop peer leadership among caregivers. Advocate with the family and child within the education system by attending school meetings and participating in the development of any school plans/IEP#s; and within other systems such as the courts, state agencies and community organizations. Assist in the development of community-based natural support Attend statewide meetings and trainings Review and carry out the above responsibilities in accordance with the agency#s Compliance Plan. # Job Requirements: Education Level -#High School Diploma Years of Experience -#1+ year of experience working in the human services field Licensing -#a valid MA Driver#s license and reliable transportation are required Skills/Abilities -#Bilingual (English/Spanish) is ideal, but not required.
