RVCC is looking to hire a Clinical Supervisor for our Westfield Outpatient#Clinic!# River Valley Counseling Center, Inc#s Mission is to improve the health of all people in our community. Job Responsibilities: Conduct clinical assessments, diagnose mental health disorders, and develop personalized treatment plans for clients. Provide on-going therapy to individuals, families and/or couples, adjusting treatment plans as necessary and conducting on-going assessments of progress. Utilize strength-based, trauma-informed, resilience-building communication strategies in interactions with clients and families. Exercise cultural humility and respect at all times. Maintain client confidentiality, rights, and records in accordance with HIPAA regulations. Document all clinical work accurately and maintain client records according to established RVCC and regulatory standards and procedures. Develop and maintain working knowledge of community services and resources for clients. Coordinate any necessary referrals, outreach, advocacy, or case consultation as appropriate to meet client needs. Report abuse or neglect of a child, elder, or disabled person in accordance with Massachusetts law for mandated reporters. Participate in client care and multidisciplinary team conferences when indicated. Facilitate family consults and/or sessions when clinically indicated for minor clients # Job Requirements: Education Level -#Master#s degree with a concentration in human services, counseling, clinical psychology, or social work. Years of Experience -#Three years of experience as a therapist with at least one year in a supervisory capacity; strong background in family interventions, including chemical dependencies Skills/Abilities - Bilingual (Spanish/English) ability desirable.#Excellent verbal and written communication skills; interpersonal skills; crisis intervention skills; organizational skills; attention to detail; computer skills; good customer relations skills; knowledge of legal and ethical issues pertaining to the profession.
