Working with Richardson opens the door to a world of possibility. We currently have an opportunity for a Sanitarian to join our team at our St. Louis, MO Milling location. A Sanitarian is responsible for the sanitation and equipment maintenance of the mill.
Responsibilities:
Ensure the mill and loadout areas are clean at all times
Sanitation activities: Sweeping floors, vacuuming, shoveling, hand brushing, scraping, etc
Maintain a safe and healthy work environment by following and enforcing standards and procedures complying with legal regulations
Must learn and execute basic equipment maintenance to improve production reliability
Communicate effectively with Mill Operators and maintenance department and assist when needed
Qualifications:
This role requires lifting up to 50 lbs
Must be willing to work a rotating shift schedule and overtime
Ability to work in conditions with exposure to dust, noise, and temperature extremes
Ability to communicate effectively
