Working with Richardson opens the door to a world of possibility. We currently have an opportunity for a Pack Operatorto join our team at our St. Louis, MO Milling location.
Responsibilities:
Ensure production readiness by stocking all required raw materials and packaging before setup
Optimize operational efficiencies and minimize ingredient and packaging waste
Maintain a clean, organized production floor and uphold quality and production standards
Enforce safety, health, and compliance standards, including SOPs, GMPs, OSHA, and HACCP guidelines
Collaborate effectively with other departments to support production, warehousing, and shipping operations
Participate in plant floor activities, assist with tasks, and recommend productivity improvements, including handling physical demands and weather challenges
Qualifications:
Experience operating tractor-trailer and forklift
Must be capable of lifting and stacking up to 50 lbs unassisted
Strong communication skills
Previous experience in packaging/warehouse a plus
