The Operations Assistant is responsible of generating operational reports and executing administrative activities for the site.

In this role you will:
  • Update call center information boards
  • Assist Site events
  • Manage weekly and monthly reports
  • Orchestrates team events
  • Organize travel logistics for employees and visitors
  • Assist, if needed, with front desk duties
We are looking for someone who has:
  • Bachelor's Degree in business administration or related
  • 1-2 years' experience in similar position
  • Business oriented person
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Fast learner
  • Extremely organized and responsible
  • Analytical skills
  • Excellent Microsoft Office skills, Excel expert
