Customer Service Agent - Plovdiv Office based

Due to our business and operational expansion, we are looking for enthusiastic Customer Service Agents for our Plovdiv Office. By joining our team, you will work closely with our partner — an international company in the healthcare sector, providing personal alarm systems.

In this role you will
  • Assist customers in installing and testing their new alarm systems.
  • Remotely configure alarm equipment installed in customers' homes.
  • Evaluate customer calls to ensure alarm clarity and assess the pendant battery's performance.
  • Guide customers through basic troubleshooting steps to resolve faults.
  • Monitor automatic signals from alarms and resolve issues related to power or battery.
  • Accurately record details of all calls using the CRM system and other databases.
  • Verify that customer records are complete, relevant, and up to date during each call.
  • Input data into relevant systems and update/create customer accounts as needed.
We are looking for someone who has
  • Very good level of English - C1 level
  • Great communication skills
  • Self-motivation, pragmatic and friendly approach
  • Well-developed customer orientation skills
  • Willingness to learn and develop
  • Positive attitude, the desire to learn new skills and a strong work ethic
  • Previous experience in customer service is preferred but not mandatory
