Associate Director, Marketing

 

We are looking for an Associate Director – Digital Marketing, who will provide operational leadership to our digital marketing team. The candidate will work closely with businesses to plan ad campaigns, execute them and optimize them on a day to day basis. The candidate must have solid exposure to Account Based Marketing and have worked on ABM tools. The candidate needs to have deep understanding and hands-on experience of setting up cross-platform campaigns, retargeting and audience segmentation. Deep understanding of Google Analytics is a must.

The successful candidate should have a broad understanding of different ad tech platforms and how get them to work well together, and extensive experience in B2B lead generation.

 

In this role you will:
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to support the development of campaign strategies, inclusive of creative, audiences, tactics, and channels.
  • Ideate and execute end to end digital market campaigns across platforms – Google, Bing, LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, others.
  • Manage ABM tools and run Account targeted campaigns through native DSPs and/or integrating with other networks.
  • Regularly monitor and optimize campaign budgets and performance to increase ROI and optimize spend
  • Create and test new strategies and ideas for improvement in performance
  • Track campaign performance and prepare detailed reports on campaign performance and strategies
  • Suggest and coordinate improvements to Landing Pages.
  • Iterate on campaigns strategy and develop processes to improve efficiencies and streamline operations.
  • Drive improvement in campaign tracking, lead management and overall execution of marketing campaigns
  • Be able to manage and guide the team for day-to-day operations. Provide assistance, ascertain training needs and help build efficiencies.

 

We are looking for someone who has:

 

  • Minimum 10+ years of experience in Digital marketing, with significant time in B2B marketing
  • Must have hands-on experience in managing Google, Bing, LinkedIn and Facebook campaigns
  • Must have some exposure to working with ABM tools like Demandbase, 6 Sense etc.
  • Good understanding of pixel tracking, custom audience, retargeting
  • Experience with paid media, preferably display, native and programmatic advertising
  • Advanced understanding of Google Analytics
  • Proficiency in MS Excel
  • Strong experience in building and managing high-performing teams
  • Comfortable with managing several time-sensitive, competing priorities simultaneously and adapting to evolving circumstances.
  • Analytical tendencies with a natural curiosity to measure, test, learn, and iterate in order to get the best results possible.
  • Top-notch verbal and written communication skills
  • AI-fluency and ability to effectively use AI-tools in day to day operations is a plus.
