We are a provider led organization providing excellent care for eight counties in Indiana and Ohio. Seeking a patient-centered and empathetic Nurse Practitioner to join our Endocrinology team consisting of one experienced Endocrinologist and 3 APP's. Current patient wait times exceed 6 months. Office conveniently located in medical office building which is connected to the inpatient hospital and outpatient care center. 

Position Details:

• Full-time hospital employed position

• Team: 1 physician, 3 APP's

• Office Hours: 7am - 5:30pm

Education/Experience

Education Requirements:  Successful completion from a qualified NP/PA program

Experience Requirements: Preferable 5-year experience

Licensure: Indiana Professional License

Certifications: Must maintain BLS/ACLS
