PXE Transformation Lead
Why We Have This Role
This Transformation Office team member will play a critical role in revolutionizing our systems and processes within the Product, UX, and Engineering (PXE) Organization at Qualtrics. This is a highly cross-functional role that sits at the intersection of strategy and execution. You will lead initiatives that align with our goals of driving innovation and increasing efficiency in business operations (BizOps) and product development. You will analyze and seek to understand current processes, identify opportunities, and execute improvements that drive value through operational excellence. You will be working with leaders across the organization to drive adoption and otherwise influence the future of how the PXE organization works.

How You'll Grow
- You will help grow and evolve the Transformation and BizOps disciples with PXE.
- You will influence core systems and processes that underpin the success of the PXE organization and Qualtrics.
- You will gain breadth of exposure and knowledge across many functions in a large Product, UX, and Engineering organization.
- You will have continuous exposure to senior leaders within the PXE organization.
Things You'll Do
- Own and drive BizOps or Transformation programs focused on improving core PXE processes and operational excellence quarter-over-quarter.
- Identify critical business problems by analyzing inefficiencies and bottlenecks, leading teams to understand impacts across people, processes, technology, and systems.
- Develop and implement data-driven, actionable recommendations and optimized processes to enhance operational efficiency, including opportunities for automation and standardization.
- Lead key strategic initiatives end-to-end, managing stakeholders, tracking progress against KPIs, and reporting results to leadership and other audiences.
- Act as an internal consultant by providing strategic insights, preparing presentations, training employees, and addressing urgent operational challenges proactively, while staying informed on industry trends.
What We're Looking For On Your Resume
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Operations, Finance or related field AND 8+ years of work experience in business operations, program management, process improvement OR equivalent experience.
- 2+ years working in a Product, Tech and/or Engineering organization
- 6+ years management (e.g., project, process, vendor, change) experience.
- Track record of managing business operations and transformation or change management initiatives. This includes the ability to drive significant organizational changes, streamline processes, and implement new systems or structures.
- Track record of managing complex business programs including implementing organization-wide improvements and optimization.
- Experience in effectively engaging, consulting, and informing stakeholders at all levels, ensuring alignment and buy-in.
- Demonstrate results-based impact of previous transformation programs.

For full-time positions, this pay range is for base per year; however, base pay offered may vary depending on location, job-related knowledge, education, skills, and experience. A sign-on bonus and restricted stock units may be included in an employment offer, in addition to a range of medical, financial, and other benefits, based on eligibility criteria.
