We are looking for a technology consultant to help us bring these solutions to market for some of today's most exciting customers   How You'll Find Success

  • Successfully partner with our clients, implement and deliver customer solutions, driving them from inception through delivery.

  • Support the Product team to co-develop our new product offerings with industry specialization

Things You'll Do
  • Be an expert on the Qualtrics Experience Management (XM) Platform and related Edge solutions
  • Design and document functional and technical requirements and help scope projects by understanding timelines and work
  • Lead projects through implementation, including management of client relationships, schedule, risks, issues, and resources.
  • Serve as an internal leader on that helps build the benchmark for how we deliver, how we train, and how we upskill our teams
  • Partner on high-impact internal initiatives to drive the technical implementation strategy for future research services offerings
What We're Looking For On Your Resume
  • 2-4 years of experience at a SaaS/Technology/Consulting Company
  • Bachelor's degree or greater
  • Experience in the delivery of technical solutions that drive business value
  • Experience in project management
  • Basic skills in the language of technology, through coding and engineering, e.g. HTML/CSS, Javascript (beneficial but not required)
  • Excellence in written and verbal communication, problem-solving, and working in a rapidly changing environment
  • Client-facing experience in a technical or project management role
  • Fluency in English
  • Experience leading team members and/or initiatives while managing competing responsibilities and priorities
  • Ability to independently establish direction on ambiguous projects

For full-time positions, this pay range is for base per year; however, base pay offered may vary depending on location, job-related knowledge, education, skills, and experience. A sign-on bonus and restricted stock units may be included in an employment offer, in addition to a range of medical, financial, and other benefits, based on eligibility criteria.

Illinois Annual Pay Transparency Range $124,500—$135,000 USD
