We are looking for a dynamic and highly experienced People Systems Development Team Manager to lead our People Systems Development team and oversee our people systems technology stack, centered around the SuccessFactors platform. Things You'll Do
- Leadership & Team Management: Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing People Systems Development team. Foster a collaborative and innovative environment that encourages professional growth and development.
- Development Lifecycle Expertise: Oversee the end-to-end development lifecycle for people systems projects, ensuring best practices are followed in requirement gathering, design, development, testing, deployment, and support.
- Stakeholder Relationship Management: Cultivate strong relationships with key stakeholders across the organization, including HR leaders, IT, and business unit heads. Act as the primary point of contact for all people systems-related inquiries and projects, effectively communicating strategy, priorities, and updates.
- Project Oversight: Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and in accordance with established quality standards. Utilize project management methodologies to track progress and mitigate risks.
- Strategic Planning: Collaborate with senior leadership to define the strategic direction for People Systems. Identify opportunities for technology enhancements and process improvements that align with business goals.
- Data Analysis & Reporting: Analyze system performance data and user feedback to inform ongoing improvements and enhancements. Develop metrics and KPIs to measure the effectiveness of people systems and initiatives.
- Change Management: Lead efforts to promote user adoption of new systems and processes through effective training, communication, and support initiatives.
What We're Looking For on Your Resume
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Systems or a related field; Master's Degree preferred.
- 7-10 years of experience in People Systems management or a related field, with a focus on system configuration, development and implementation.
- Proven experience managing the software development lifecycle, from conception to deployment.
- Strong track record of building and leading successful teams, with a focus on fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and effectively influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience leveraging data to drive decision-making.
- Experience with People Systems technologies (e.g., SuccessFactors, Workday, or similar) and understanding of HR processes and best practices.
