Leveraging digital platforms—including Paid Search, Paid Social, Content Syndication and our direct web channels—we aim to expand our customer base and provide tailored experiences that resonate with each local market. Partnering across the business our strategy focuses on harnessing the power of these digital avenues to meet the unique needs of our prospects and customers on a global scale.   How You'll Find Success This role requires a blend of creativity, analytical prowess, relationship building and technical knowledge to effectively manage campaigns and drive momentum in the business.

  • Strategic Planning: Ability to develop comprehensive paid media strategies that align with the company's goals.
  • Platform Expertise: Proficiency with paid media platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ad Manager, LinkedIn Advertising, and other social and search platforms.
  • Budget Management: Skills to manage and allocate budgets effectively across campaigns to maximize ROI.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong capability to analyze campaign performance data to inform future strategies and report on ROI.
  • Ad Copywriting: Crafting locally compelling ad copy that resonates with the target audience and drives quality lead volume. .
  • Creative Thinking: Developing creative concepts for campaigns that stand out and capture the attention of potential customers.
  • A/B Testing: Running comparative tests on different ad elements to optimize performance and improve results.
  • Knowledge of Targeting and Segmentation: Understanding how to segment audiences and target them effectively with personalized messaging.
  • Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO): Skills to optimize landing pages and ad design to improve the rate at which clicks convert into desired actions.
  • Ad Compliance: Knowledge of advertising regulations and compliance standards across different platforms and regions.
  • Collaboration: Working with other teams, such as creative, localisation,  sales development reps, and product campaigns  teams, to ensure cohesive campaigns that support broader business objectives.
  • Trend and Skill Self Awareness: Staying up-to-date with industry trends, platform updates, and best practices in paid media.

  Things You'll Do
  • Regional Acquisition Strategy: As a key member of the team develop and implement paid media strategies tailored to the specific needs and characteristics of each regional market.
  • Budget Management: Allocating and managing the budget for paid media campaigns in the region, ensuring optimal spend for maximum ROI.
  • Localized Content Creation: Working with the localization and creative teams to develop ad content and landing pages that resonate with the regional audience, including language and cultural nuances.
  • Platform Management: Setting up and managing campaigns on various paid media platforms such as Google Ads, Bing, Facebook, and LinkedIn and regional website progression with a focus on the continuous progress of each region.
  • Performance Analysis: Monitoring and analyzing the performance of campaigns, using regional data to optimize strategies and tactics.
  • Audience Targeting and Segmentation: Identifying and targeting specific audience segments within the region, using demographic, psychographic, and behavioral data.
  • Compliance and Localization: Ensuring that all campaigns comply with regional advertising laws and regulations and are appropriately localized.
  • Collaboration and Reporting: Working closely with the SDR and Field teams and other Demand Gen teams ensure alignment of strategies and reporting on regional campaign performance.
  • Market Research: Keeping abreast of regional market trends, consumer behaviors, and competitive landscape to inform and adjust paid media strategies.
  What We're Looking For On Your Resume
  • 2-3 years hands on Paid Media experience in particular in paid search campaign optimisation and budget pacing management
  • Certified in Google Ads, Display, Video & Measurement
  • LinkedIn Ads trained and certified
  • A self starter who ideates and initiates actions and ideas
  • A person who likes to work as part of a wider global team who thrives on collaboration
