Join over 5,000 people across the globe who think that's work worth doing.   Ironclad (CLM) Administrator    Why We Have This Role Qualtrics is embarking on a transformative journey which involves implementing Ironclad, its first Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) platform, and seeks a dedicated, autonomous administrator to drive its success. This role will be the primary point of contact for all Ironclad administration, ensuring seamless contract workflows and operational efficiency. You will integrate into our IT team, independently managing the Ironclad instance, establishing efficient contract management processes, and driving continuous improvement.   How You'll Find Success

  • Independently manage and optimize Ironclad, ensuring reliable support for our CLM initiatives.
  • Collaborate with legal, sales, procurement, and other teams to configure workflows, ensuring a smooth user experience.
  • Proactively identify and resolve implementation and post-implementation issues, ensuring system availability and data accuracy.
  • Provide user training and support, establishing yourself as the Ironclad subject matter expert.
  • Joining a new ServiceNow development team that is highly invested in the ServiceNow ecosystem. 
How You'll Grow
  • Gain expertise in implementing and optimizing Ironclad from the ground up, shaping its use within Qualtrics.
  • Develop CLM best practices, optimizing workflows.
  • Engage in cross-departmental projects, understanding business interactions with contract management.
  • Take ownership of the platform, demonstrating independent management.
Things You'll Do
  • Independently administer and configure Ironclad, including workflow design, user management, and security.
  • Create and maintain documentation for configurations and processes.
  • Monitor system performance, ensuring high availability.
  • Analyze contract data and system usage, providing performance insights.
  • Collaborate with teams and Ironclad support for enhancements.
  • Conduct training and serve as the primary point of contact for Ironclad support.
What We're Looking For on your Resume
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, IT, Legal Studies, or related field.
  • 3-5 years of platform administration experience, ideally with Ironclad and/or other CLM exposure.
  • Proven ability to work independently.
  • Familiarity with CLM principles and Ironclad workflow creation.
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Experience with API integrations and data migration (desirable).

For full-time positions, this pay range is for base per year; however, base pay offered within this range may vary depending on location, job-related knowledge, education, skills, and experience. A sign-on bonus and restricted stock units may be included in an employment offer. Full-time employees are eligible for medical, dental, vision, life and disability, 401(k) with match, paid time off, a wellness reimbursement, mental health benefits, and an experience bonus. Washington State Annual Pay Transparency Range $101,500—$151,000 USD
