Global Scale Marketing Manager Why We Have This Role

We're seeking a Global Scale Marketing Manager to join our newly formed Scale Marketing team at Qualtrics. In this pivotal role, you'll bridge the gap between our Integrated Marketing (IMM) campaigns and our Field Marketing teams, extending our reach to a broader set of target accounts. You'll be instrumental in taking leads generated from IMM efforts and transforming them into MQLs/pipeline through global scalable digital and virtual or in-person events. This role is designed for a strategic and execution-focused marketer who can drive demand at scale, ensuring our marketing efforts maximize impact beyond our top-tier accounts.

The Scale Marketing team is responsible for developing and executing global scalable marketing programs that move leads to MQL. Our goal is to expand pipeline generation and accelerate conversion within high-potential accounts that our Field teams may not have the capacity to engage directly. We aim to create repeatable, high-impact campaigns that drive measurable business results across diverse regions.

Things You'll Do
  • Lead promotional planning and field communications for major Qualtrics events (e.g., X4), ensuring maximum engagement and pipeline generation from our target accounts.
  • Guide the ideation, creation, and launch of new, global scalable marketing programs tailored for Scale team execution, such as incentivized demo request campaigns.
  • Partner closely with the Integrated Marketing team to adapt and scale their successful campaigns for broader regional and global deployment.
  • Continue to build out and optimize our successful monthly demo series campaign, driving consistent lead engagement and funnel conversion.
  • Actively contribute to the definition and development of the new Scale team's structure, processes, and best practices to ensure operational efficiency.
  • Collaborate with regional marketing and sales teams to provide resources, guidance, and support, helping to scale their local efforts and achieve shared pipeline goals.
  • Testing and executing an AI first mindset to support speed to market and scalable approaches to demand generation.
What We're Looking for on Your Resume
  • 6+ years of experience in event marketing, preferably within SaaS, CX, or customer support technologies.
  • Experience working closely with sales teams, developing enablement programs, and supporting pipeline growth.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders and build relationships across the organization.
  • Proven analytical abilities with experience using data to inform marketing strategies, measure performance, and demonstrate ROI.
  • Excellent project management skills, with the ability to lead cross-functional initiatives.
  • Strong analytical mindset, leveraging data to measure and optimize marketing effectiveness.

For full-time positions, this pay range is for base per year; however, base pay offered within this range may vary depending on location, job-related knowledge, education, skills, and experience. A sign-on bonus and restricted stock units may be included in an employment offer. Full-time employees are eligible for medical, dental, vision, life and disability, 401(k) with match, paid time off, a wellness reimbursement, mental health benefits, and an experience bonus. Washington State Annual Pay Transparency Range $105,000—$156,000 USD
