WHAT YOU WILL DO:

The Compliance Investigations and Regulatory Manager will oversee, and head investigations centered on potential violations of law, regulations, or company policies within the organization. Job duties include:

  • Develop and implement investigation strategies and protocols to ensure thorough and efficient investigations.
  • Conduct comprehensive investigations into alleged misconduct or violations, utilizing various investigative techniques.
  • Collect and examine evidence, including interviews, documents, and electronic data, to determine the extent of compliance issues.
  • Collaborate with legal, HR, and other relevant departments to ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
  • Draft investigative reports detailing findings and recommendations for remedial actions, ensuring accuracy and clarity.
  • Advise management on compliance issues and risk mitigation strategies to prevent future violations.
  • Keep abreast of regulatory changes and industry best practices to ensure compliance standards are up to date.
  • Provide training and guidance to employees on compliance matters, promoting a culture of ethical behavior and integrity.
  • Maintain confidentiality and integrity throughout the investigative process, adhering to legal and ethical standards.
  • Other duties as assigned.


YOUR MUST HAVES:

  • Must be 18 years of age or older.
  • Active Driver's License.
  • Bachelor's degree in related field.
  • 5+ years of investigative and regulatory compliance experience.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Deep understanding of relevant laws and regulations.
  • Proven ability to head and manage complex investigations with attention to detail.
  • Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  • High level of integrity and professionalism, with a commitment to upholding ethical standards.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks in a challenging environment.

OUR ENVIRONMENT:

This position is a hybrid position based, in part, in the SFCI North Little Rock, AR office consisting of traditional office setting and a combination of your professional home office. This position requires the ability to sit for extended periods of time while working on a computer. Some travel might be required from time to time.
