**Job Overview:**
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that our facilities are clean, hygienic, and well-maintained, providing a welcoming atmosphere for our guests and staff. The Housekeeper will perform a variety of cleaning and maintenance tasks to uphold our high standards of cleanliness and comfort.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, common areas, and facilities, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces.
- Change bedding and linens, including making beds and replacing towels.
- Clean and restock restrooms and ensure all supplies are replenished.
- Inspect and report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the supervisor immediately.
- Follow cleaning protocols and safety guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.
- Manage laundry services, including washing, drying, folding, and ironing linens as needed.
- Organize cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring everything is properly maintained and stored.
- Assist with special cleaning projects as assigned by management.
- Provide exceptional customer service to guests and respond promptly to their requests or concerns.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including those related to health and safety.
**Qualifications:**
- Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience preferred but not required.
- Strong attention to detail and a high standard of cleanliness.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong communication skills and a positive attitude.
- Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks and lift heavy items as needed.
