Schedule Details: This position is full-time position based at Waukesha Memorial Hospital and fill in as needed at Oconomowoc Physician Center. Monday - Friday from 8am - 4:30pm. 

 

What You Will Do:

 

Under the supervision of the Assistant Manager, the primary function of an RN is to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate the care of patients in the Wound Healing Center. The Registered Nurse is responsible for meeting the established WHC Standards of Nursing Practice in managing all assigned patients. The registered nurse assists physicians with developing and implementing wound treatment plans and participates in performance improvement review activities. The applicant must undergo a week of training in hyperbaric oxygen therapy.

 

What Will You Need:

  • Current WI Registered Nurse licensure required.
  • Graduate from an accredited school of nursing is required.
  • Minimum of 2 years of RN experience required
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) from the American Heart Association or ability to obtain upon hire
  • Wound Care experience preferred.
