Apply for one of our open positions today!   As an Sr. ACC Area Manager, your main function is to lead Account Executives in a specific market toward success in sales and management of accounts. Additionally, the Sr. ACC Area Manager will work with our AT&T partners in the same market toward success in sales and service with each client (Communities).   Job Responsibilities: Build and maintain solid sales and manage relationships with your team (headcount for teams will be determined by market but usually no less than 5 Account Executives.
Lead team members in relationships with leasing staff in Communities to produce leads for sales.
Keep up and train members about sales, promotions, and opportunities for sales with all AT&T products. Build working relationships with AT&T partners assigned to AT&T Connected Communities (ACC) properties for assignment to Account Executives.
Work to find new communities that will result in growth for sales and team members.
Work alongside Director to manage and help improve all team members and accounts.
Improve systems that aid Account Executives in their work and Prime as an Authorized Retailer.

Qualifications

Required Skills: Verbal and written communication skills, attention to detail, and critical thinking
Ability to work independently and manage one's time
Solid track record in sales personally.
Ability to apply good sales technique and communicate those to others.
Leadership experience managing others and working as a solid partner.
Knowledge of company policies that apply to sales and customer service.
Previous experience with computer applications, such as Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
Experience as an entrepreneur that manages time, growth, and development of people.
Education/Experience: Proven sales experience and track record.
History with AT&T sales is a plus.
Experience managing others toward success.
Working Conditions: Ability to work in fast pace environment
Ability to follow instructions to completion
Ability to work under pressure, multi-task and handle customer complaints or requests
Problem solves under pressure
