Schedule Information
• 4 weekend shifts per 4-week schedule (night shift Friday/Saturday plus 2 Sundays. Day shift Saturday/Sunday plus 2 Mondays and/or Fridays). NO on call

• Number of Beds – 24
• Number of Staff – 45
• Patient Ratios – 1:4
• Type of staff: Day Shift (1 Charge, 6 RNs, 3 LNAs, 1 UC), Night Shift (1 Charge, 6 RNs, 3 LNAs)
• Type of equipment – 15 bedside monitors, remote telemetry
• Skill Set Most recruited for: Cardiac/telemetry experience, Step down level of care
• Preferred skills: Post CABG/open valve replacement care
• Typical procedures: CABG (post op 24+ hours out), Post PCI, post pacemaker, cardioversions
• Best personality Fit: Positive, flexible and team player
• Floating Area(s): IVCU, Medical, Surgical, ICU, ED holds- all patients would fit competency of RN
