Job Details
• Department: Cath Lab
• Cost Center: 7570
• Anticipated length of assignment: 13 weeks
• Summary of Major Function: This individual performs the primary functions as the radiological technologist, which includes the operation of all radiologic equipment. This individual may also be required to scrub all procedures performed in the Cardiac Catheterization Lab.

Job Requirements
• Licensure: CRT and AART (Will not accept RCIS)
• Education: High School Diploma, Graduate of an Accredited School of Radiology
• Certification: BLS, ACLS, Fluoroscopy Certifications
• Experience: CATH LAB
• Number of years of experience: Minimum of 2 years Cath Lab
• Preferred skills: 5 years of experience in diagnostics Radiology or special procedure and 2 years of Cath Lab experience

Schedule Information
• # of shifts per week: 4- 10 hr shifts
• Shift Start and End Time: 0730-1800
• Weekends/On call/Holidays: 8-10 on call shifts per month (includes one weekend)

Additional Details
• We are an SRC so the requirement is to report to the hospital within 30 thirty minutes when on-call
