This newly created role will perform site inspections, QA/QC data collection of site maintenance work orders, detailed facility status reporting, compliance oversight, contract oversight, maintaining training logs, and providing team communication for a variety of public construction, maintenance and asset management projects. The successful candidate will conduct contractor technical reviews and report/document quality, cost, and schedule components for all task order phases while providing and presenting project updates to a variety of stakeholders.
- Knowledge typically acquired by a degree in engineering, construction management, or a related field and a minimum of five years directly related work experience are required.
- Professional QA/QC credentials are preferred.
- Experience with public projects is preferred.
- Demonstrated proficiency with verbal and written communication skills is required.
- Demonstrates good interpersonal skills.
- Working proficiency with a CMMS system (TMA), QMS, SMS, and/or other FMO software is preferred.
