Description
The Regulatory Compliance Coordinator provides support to Regulatory and campuses by managing the enrollment agreements (EA), EA addenda, academic catalog, and catalog addenda, notifying students related to changes in the EA or addenda, auditing student files, monitoring ticket desk activities, and working with campuses to support reentries / re enrollments or updates to the catalog addenda.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- Coordinate with IT to update and manage enrollment agreements for scheduled changes, program changes, and new program launches.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure enrollment agreement content complies with accrediting agencies and State and Federal regulations.
- Audit EAs regularly to ensure interdepartmental compliance and accountability.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure the academic catalog and catalog addenda are current, aligned with PMI policies, and comply with accrediting agencies and State and Federal regulations; regularly audit catalog and catalog addenda.
- Ensure all required updates are posted and published on the PMI website and available for campuses.
- Coordinate with other departments for curriculum updates and program launches, from updating EAs catalog addenda to ensuring campuses and admissions work with students to obtain any required signatures.
- Serve as a resource to staff and faculty regarding Pima Medical Institute policies, procedures, and guidelines.
- Maintain the accuracy of academic records regarding notifications to students and EA addenda.
- Research and resolve problems of a routine nature; consult and collaborate with other departments.
- Assist the Regulatory team and campuses by providing sample EAs, catalog addenda, etc., for agency reporting, notifications, approvals, etc.
- Provide exceptional customer service to faculty, staff, and students.
- Other tasks to support the operational functions of the Regulatory team, as assigned.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
- At least two (2) years of experience with post-secondary higher education operational experience.
- At least one (1) year of technical writing or policy development.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel or Google Workspace, and Adobe products
- Any equivalent combination of training, education, or experience that meets the minimum qualifications
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Proficiency with Anthology Campus Nexus, HTML coding, or Adobe InDesign.
