Physician Affiliate Group of New York (PAGNY) is adding a Director of PET/CT for the Nuclear Medicine department at Jacobi Medical Center/North Central Bronx Hospital. The Hospitals are part of theNYC Health + Hospitals System (NYCHHC). Jacobi is a 457-bed, Level I Trauma Center and NCB has 213 licensed beds.
The hospital maintains a strong academic affiliation with Albert Einstein Medical College to maintain its high healthcare delivery standards.

Opportunity Details:
Currently looking to hire a Director/PET/CT for Nuclear Medicine. We are a city hospital within a network in NYC. Medium size Radiology Department, but Nuclear Medicine functions mostly independent
- Daily clinical duties including diagnostic, general, and cardiac imaging and radiopeptide therapies
- Teaching of radiology residents
- Participate in modifying old and writing new protocols
- Outpatient clinic to counsel upcoming therapy patients and families on radiation safety
- Launch new imaging and therapeutic modalities
- No calls after hours or on weekends
Qualifications:
- ABNM certification
- Nuclear Cardiology certification is desired
- CT interpretation certificates helpful
- NYS Medical License
