Clinical Department Assistant/COVID Testing - Occupational Health - Pool/As Needed

Schedule Details: Monday - Friday shifts are 8:00 am - 4:30 pm with a required every other weekend rotation 8:00 am - 12:00 pm

Performs adminstrative duties and clinical duties in the department. Administrative functions include scheduling through Electronic Medical Record (EMR), front desk operations, recordkeeping and forms management. Clinical duties are performed under the supervison of a clinician (MD, APNP/PA or RN).
This position will require travel to clinic locations in Brookfield, Mukwonago, Oconomowoc, Sussex and Delafield. We are looking for people available to work at least 20 hours per week, with the opportunity to 40 hours/week if desired. This is a long term temporary assignment expected to last 12 - 18 months. This assignment will be administering COVID-19 testing.
What you will need:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Candidate must possess formal post high school education in a health care or allied health related field such as medical assisting, CNA, EMT, phlebotomy, or nursing education course work towards LPN or RN completion.
- BLS (CPR) certification or ability to obtain upon hire.
