
Description
Responsible for the daily/weekly maintaining of pallet tracking (where applicable), audit of driver logs and trip reports, log and driver file DOT requirements tracking. Liaison for internal customer support. Track all return goods as directed by the customer for close out of returns from the private fleet.

$22.00/hr
Schedule:
Monday - Friday 7AM - 3:30PM

Major Responsibilities:
- Send out communication to ALL carriers for equipment by 8:00am
- Release orders until 11AM cutoff time
- Communicate to OPS to check in drivers for SD
- Answer all emails from shared mailbox throughout the day
- Rescan orders
- Assemble carrier (labels/packing list) for whse
- Process/labeled FEDX complete by 12:00pm
- Close out Fedex orders
- Create pro labels for LTL
- Dims for LYAF orders and send communication via email to LYAF by 12:00
- Close out orders / Prepare BOL's packets
- Process Canada invoices
- Email carrier on follow up of ETA
- Release/prep next day orders for Store Dev
- Check receiving packet once received in system. Run receiving report and attach to packet
- Updated receiving schedule with arrival times, po, qty, exceptions, etc.
Qualifications:
• 2 years of general office experience required
• 1 year of customer service experience required
• High School diploma or equivalent required
• Advanced computer skills including Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint required
• AS400 experience preferred
• Regular, predictable, full attendance is an essential function of the job
• Willingness to travel as necessary, work the required schedule, work at the specific location required, complete Penske employment application, submit to a background investigation (to include past employment, education, and criminal history) and drug screening.
